Menu of Sponsorships available for the 2006 Festival and 2005-2006 Festival year:

Private Donors: Up to $499
Open support from individuals, local businesses, and arts organizations. Includes: placement on all mailing lists, updates on all events, “first-to-know” status, tax-exempt donation status, discounted-ticket opportunities, our gratitude.

Generous Supporters and Community Sponsors: $500 – $4999
Open support from individuals, local businesses, and arts organizations. Includes: Name on all promotional materials released by the Northern Arizona Book Festival during the fiscal year:  website (with logo and link to business or personal site), press releases, posters and flyers; radio and television announcements, print ads, brochures and programs. Also: placement on all mailing lists, updates on all events, “first-to-know” status, tax-exempt donation status, ”high-donor” comp. event tickets.

Endowments: $5000 and above
Support from individuals, local businesses or arts organizations. Funds to directly benefit the administration and financial management of the Northern Arizona Book Festival. Endowment agents would hold Festival Board advisory positions and contribute to executive budgetary decisions regarding marked items. Endowments are structured to accommodate long-term investments with only the interest available for Festival administration. Additional: see “Generous Supporters,” above.

Hotel Sponsors: In-kind donation
Local hotels and bed–and-breakfasts support us directly by offering 1-7 rooms or nights for visiting authors during the Festival or fundraising events; also supply accommodations for Executive Director when traveling to other towns for promotional events. Community Arts Partners and Partners in the Arts: In-kind donation
Support from not-for-profit community arts organizations and organizations from outside the area in custom-made, in-kind partnerships. Additional: see “Generous Supporters,” above.

Event Sponsors: In-kind donation or marked donation: flexible
Support from individuals, local businesses, and arts organizations enabling NABF to present catered, staffed, or outfitted performances, openings, readings or other Festival-related activities. Custom-made, flexible. Exclusive “event sponsorship” throughout entire year. See “Generous Supporters,” above. Event sponsorships are not restricted to a single event, but are active throughout the entire Festival fiscal year.

Author/Artist Sponsors: $250 - $5000
Exclusive support for specific author and artist sponsorship, as selected by sponsor. Covers partial or full honoraria costs and/or travel costs for specific authors or artists. May ask author or artist for special endorsements and/or appearances. Additional: see “Generous Supporters,” above.
